This blog has activities that might improve your life. If you like something, do it. If you see some benefit for yourself or others, do it again sometime and let us know what you think by leaving a comment.
Some activities may not be feasible – if I suggest cleaning out your car, and you don’t own one, the entry won’t apply to you.
My goals are:
- To have each activity take 30 minutes or less per day;
- To cover a wide range of activities;
- To describe everything in detail so that there’s no question about what you should do.
